The Office DVD Wall Calendar Giveaway

The OfficeThe Office DVD Wall Calendar 2008, which I posted about previously and consider the best Office calendar out there, is starting to run out in stores.

Thank goodness the calendar makers, Trends International, sent me a bunch of them to give away as prizes. Thanks, TI!

Jan. 1: Giveaway #3

Giveaway answer: Mark’s entry included Ben Kingsley (Dunder Mifflin Infinity), Al Roker (Launch Party), Eddie Murphy (Local Ad), Zoran Primorac (The Deposition), and Meryl Streep (Money), but there were many other possible answers.

Tallyheads, show me a sign

Are you trapped in a house where people are watching the Patriots/Giants game, and there’s nothing for you to do?

Yeah, me too.

Let’s have a little impromptu contest:

  • Create a sign with any of these nifty sign generators.
  • Your message has gotta be Office-related.
  • Upload your sign somewhere (DO NOT link directly to atom smasher), then post a link to it in a comment below.
  • Include a valid email address.
  • One entry per person.
  • U.S. only, please.

Contest ends when the Patriots/Giants game ends.

I am telling you upfront that I will be totally arbitrary in how I pick prize winners. There might not be any, there might be a few. I might award Target goodies, or maybe even one of those highly-sought-but-impossible-to-find Office DVD wall calendars. Dunno.

Okay, show me what ya got, forward it like it’s hot …

THE CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED (8:22pm PT).

See prizewinners after the jump. Thanks, everybody, for playing!

Post now reopened for comments. No new entries, please. Thanks!

Contest reminders

Some reminders about our current contests:

  • The Office Crossword Contest: Target goodies have been sent to all prize winners. Even though the contest is over, it’s still fun to play. The answers have been posted, too, so you can check your answers!
  • The OfficeTally Lolcat Contest: the twenty finalists have been chosen — vote for your favorite! Target goodies will be awarded to the top five vote-getters. Voting ends Saturday, Dec. 15th.
  • Bobblehead Baton Contest: remember to submit your entries by end of day Sunday, Dec. 16th. seat18b tells me she’s receiving clips! Don’t forget to upload your clip to YouTube and post a link to it if you’d like to possibly win … yes, a Target goodie. Do I have an endless supply of goodies or something?

Vote for your favorite Office Lolcat!

Presenting the top 20 finalists of The OfficeTally Lolcat Contest!

Apologies for the delay in getting the final poll posted — Lolcat judges Mosby, Matt, and Tori, negotiated at an undisclosed location for days until they agreed on the 20 finalists. (Wait, I’m getting this mixed up with another story …)

Thanks to the judges for coming up with the final list! Some of the entries are hilarious.

Please vote for your favorite Office LOLCat after the jump. The top five vote-getters will each receive a Target Office goodie from OT’s available stash! (There are a couple of multiple entries; if one person manages to get more than one entry in the Top 5, I’ll go down the list and award #6 and/or #7.)

The Bobblehead Baton Contest

The OfficeNo new Office this month. We need a fun distraction. Wanna play?

Then enter our Bobblehead Baton Contest!

Send us a video of your Dwight Bobblehead moving across the screen.
(And you do NOT need to own a bobblehead to participate!)

seat18b (of It’s Getting Hot in Here and Fandomicity fame) has graciously agreed to produce the final video, which pretty much guarantees that it will be cool and entertaining. She’ll select the best clips and merge them into a single video.

A single video of Bobblehead Dwight being passed like a baton across the Office fandom. And that’s a beautiful thing.

The BBP is inspired by and completely stolen from GMail’s “Red M” collaborative video project.

UPDATE: I’ve changed my mind about the whole “no prizes” thing. See the “How to win” section for details.

Details after the jump.
