Without B.J. Novak, there would be no Cadbury egg controversy, no Kool-Aid man, no Five Families, and no d-bag performance of the year.
Most importantly, there would be no OfficeTally.
Happy Birthday to the hottest Beardy we know,
B.J. Novak!
Like a sweet pretzel with "everything."

NPR’s The Bryant Park Project has posted a terrific uncut 30-minute version of their interview with B.J. Novak.
B.J. talks about the evolution of ‘The Office’, elaborates on the last scene of ‘Chair Model’ (including parody lyrics of ‘Candle in the Wind’!), and discusses the writing process and his characterization of Ryan. One of my favorite lines of the interview is when B.J. says “start with what’s true, keep what’s funny.”
Really thoughtful and interesting!
B.J. Novak appeared on ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien’ tonight …
