B.J. Novak performs at Loyola University, Chicago, tonight at 8pm.
The information page says “Free admission for LUC students, faculty, and staff,” but does not specifically mention whether the event is open to the public.
Tipster Kiki says “I don’t think IDs will be checked at the door, so maybe Tallyheads can try to stop by to see if they will be allowed admission to BJ’s show.” Take a risk?

Aww, I wish I could go! But I’m seeing The Rocker tonight, and it’s gonna be a party!
I went to Loyola for graduate school! (Business School actually!) Bummer, I’m about 19 years too late.
I wish I could go but I am in Utah.
[from tanster: please proofread and re-post. thanks!]
Film student at LUC, cannot wait to see BJ tonight, we are all very excited! The venue isn’t very big so those of you who are interested might want to show up early.
Big Haircut, why does nothing cool ever happen in Utah? *sulks*
I’m so jealous!
BJ come to ASU, please! We have Country Crock.
Aw I wish I could go! Those who do go though, report back!
– By the way, when I saw him at Northwestern, he did a meet and greet after so be sure to stick around because maybe he’ll do it again!
I’m a Loyola alum as well – just missed being “eligible” for this (well, by a few years!). Can’t believe I’ll miss BJ in Chicago again. Hope other Tallyheads are able to go and report back, though!
Shoot! I happen to be in Chicago tonight, but I would only have 20 minutes to get there. If only I had realized this sooner
The site says he is 26. That bugs me.
But I live way far away. Hope a few of you guys get to see him – (and report back!)
Hooray my (graduate) alma mater! Wish I were there now…
I don’t go to Loyola, but I have a friend who does, so I drove down to see him. They didn’t check ids due to the large audience so I got in no problem. His set was hilarious! My friend and I got to meet him as he came out about a half hour after the show–I got my office calendar signed, my season 3 dvd box, and got a picture..it was AMAZING. I’m still completely starstruck :D
I’m happy to know that there are other people from Utah on the site! Rock on…
